Background

Erica is a Baltimore native with a passion for helping others. She has always been drawn to the legal field, and becoming a paralegal proved to be the perfect fit. She enjoys doing the behind-the-scenes work that keeps cases moving forward while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Erica joined the firm in 2026 with experience in business defense litigation, personal injury, and workers’ compensation. While much of her background is in business litigation, she is excited to continue expanding her knowledge of the workers’ compensation process.

On a typical day, Erica manages client communications, reviews case files, and prepares documents, ensuring every case progresses efficiently. She appreciates the steady pace of the work and that no two cases are ever the same.

Outside of the office, Erica is family-oriented and enjoys spending time with her loved ones. She teaches dance at her church and enjoys reading on her Kindle. She believes in leading with kindness, listening first, and treating others with respect – values she brings to both her work and personal life.
