Kylee Damiano has been part of the Warnken, LLC team since 2024 and works with both our pre-suit and litigation departments.
Background
Kylee’s passion for personal injury law began when she experienced firsthand the consequences of medical negligence. When her mother passed away from cancer, a critical oversight during her diagnosis led to a failure to identify the full extent of her illness. This experience helped her realize how vital accountability is. Now Kylee is committed to helping every client receive the accountability, support, and justice they deserve.
Advocating for the Injured
Kylee is driven by the understanding that many people don’t have the knowledge, resources, or ability to fully advocate for themselves, especially when they’re already dealing with pain, loss, or hardship. Knowing that she can help ease that burden motivates her to fight for every client with compassion and determination.
For Kylee, helping clients regain control of their lives is the most rewarding aspect of practicing law. Especially, when they’ve been overwhelmed by medical bills, injuries, or unexpected challenges. Kylee aims to help clients move from a place of uncertainty to a place of stability where they can focus on healing rather than financial stress.
