Todd Saucedo leads our Washington, D.C. workers’ compensation practice, with more than a decade of litigation experience. He is committed to guiding clients through every step of the claims process with clarity, compassion, and a focus on achieving the best results possible.
Background
Todd E. Saucedo, Esq. graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in history. He then went on to earn his Master’s Degree in history. Following graduate school, Todd attended and earned a juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Experience
Following graduation, Todd practiced for 6 years at an Oklahoma City defense firm, litigating workers’ compensation cases before the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Commission and the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court. He advocated on behalf of his clients on matters before the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals and appeared before numerous District Courts.
After relocating to Baltimore with his family, Todd spent over 8 years practicing workers’ compensation defense at a large Baltimore defense firm. During this time, he appeared before the Maryland Workers Compensation Commission and the Circuit Courts of Maryland. In addition, he has extensive experience advocating claims in the District of Columbia, appearing before the Office of Workers Compensation (OWC), Administrative Hearings Division (AHD), Compensation Review Board (CRB), and numerous cases before the D.C. Court of Appeals, including oral argument resulting in a successful published case.
He is an experienced Labor & Employment attorney who has appeared before various state agencies on matters involving retaliation and discrimination. His work has seen him named a SuperLawyer Rising Star, and a 2026 “Top Lawyer” by Baltimore Magazine. Todd is married with three children, and when not advocating on behalf of his clients, he can be found coaching travel youth soccer.
