What Navi Does At Warnken
Navi’s work day at Warnken, LLC often consists of answering phone calls/emails/texts from clients, and gathering documents, bills, and pictures to help build their case. Along with communicating with insurance agencies, setting up treatment, and searching for medical records and history. She has to multitask between clients and work on many different tasks at once. Navi believes that client concerns are most important, if a client calls/emails she tries to respond as soon as possible.
Navi’s favorite part about working at Warnken is helping the attorney win the case for clients, and as a result clients have aid for their struggles. When things have gone right and she knows that the client is not going to have to suffer for the rest of their lives in pain. Helping clients get through such a tough time can be very rewarding.
Although, sometimes the job can be frustrating when the process becomes drawn out. It can be a waiting game most of the time. She can’t control when the insurance companies or record departments give her the needed information. Obtaining medical records can be a complex process, there can be a lot of missing parts and different people the client saw.
The friendly and open environment of the office is what makes Warnken, LLC different than the other places Navi has worked at in the past. “Everyone is very nice, there’s a lot of trust and respect between the attorneys and the paralegals. It’s not scary to ask questions if you have them.” Plus, there are systems in place to help each paralegal succeed. Programs and software help her complete tasks at a better pace to optimize her time. That way she can provide the best service to as many clients as possible.
In Navi’s free time she loves to leave technology at home and spend time outside connecting with nature. Going to music and art events are some of her favorite things to do when she isn’t at work. Along with camping with friends and visiting her favorite cities.
