Henry J. Wegrocki is an AV Preeminent-rated attorney with over 40 years of legal experience. After 35 years as a partner at a different Baltimore personal injury law firm, he recently joined Warnken, LLC. His extensive experience has included thousands of personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, as well as criminal and family law. He has represented clients across Maryland.
Decades of Experience
Mr. Wegrocki has handled thousands of cases from initial intake through trial and appeal, with extensive experience in Maryland’s District and Circuit Courts, the Workers’ Compensation Commission, and the Office of Administrative Hearings. He has tried complex cases to verdict, negotiated favorable settlements. He has also supervised junior attorneys and staff, providing strategic guidance and mentorship in a fast-paced personal injury practice.
He is admitted to practice in Maryland, the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Wegrocki is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Maryland Association for Justice, and currently serves as Vice President of the St. Thomas More Law Society. He is known for his strong courtroom presence, professionalism, and consistent focus on achieving effective results for his clients.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Wegrocki enjoys playing chess and performing on the piano and other synthesizers.
