$20,192,172.77 Recovered for Our Injured Clients in 2021

2021 was a strong year for our firm.  Warnken, LLC was voted Best Personal Injury Law Firm in Maryland by readers of the Daily Record.

More important than awards – we got real results for our injured clients.  The workers’ compensation and personal injury lawyers at Warnken, LLC obtained more than $20 Million Dollars for our clients. $20,192,172.77 to be exact.

The $20M+ in client verdicts and settlements was for 446 case conclusions.  That means the average case value at Warnken, LLC in 2021 was $45,273.93.  This represents all cases for injured clients – so all case types.  Some cases produced much more than average, and it’s the mean, not the median.  However, there were only a small handful of cases worth more than $750k.

As always, you can find our results posted monthly on our firm blog(We’ve posted our results every month for more than seven years.)

Our December 2021 was somewhat slow, at least by our standards. Thirty-eight case conclusions in the month, with only one in excess of $100,000.  These results are listed below.  See full disclaimer at bottom, but remember … no two cases are exactly the same.  The value of your personal injury case may be significantly higher or lower depending on numerous different factors.  Get a lawyer!
