Two years later, the worker’s shoulder remained symptomatic and a secord surgery was performed. The second surgery was a revision of the rotator cuff repair, joint debridement, capsulotomy and the anterior-inferior capsule, and lysis of adhesions. The worker returned to work with a new employer.
