Monthly Comp Report: Warnken, LLC Recovers More than $387,000 for Injured Workers
Warnken, LLC is proud to have recovered more than $387,000 for injured workers in April of 2016. Shoulder injuries were our most common kind of cases in April, followed by back and spine injuries. We typically have significant back and spine injuries in our monthly workers’ compensation report. This usually includes disc herniations, disc prolapse, or broken vertebrae.
Few people realize how shoulder injuries are often even more significant than back/spine injuries, even fractures or vertebrae issues.

- Claimant was injured after using a heavy tool for many hours and developed pain in the shoulder. He was treated conservatively with medication and therapy.
- Injury: Right labral tear, partial rotator cuff tear, and cervical strain.

- Amount: Between $52,000 and $53,000
- Claimant was injured while using a heavy drill that malfunctioned. He underwent surgical repair to the shoulder, followed by therapy and conservative treatment.
