More than $424,862.50 Recovered for the Injured in May 2019
Below is a list of our recoveries for the injured last month (in May 2019). The one we are most proud of is the $200 recovery. In that case, a workers’ compensation insurance company was refusing to provide the care they had previously promised to provide. Despite the fact that there was no predictable fee in the case, we spent numerous hours working the case up to fight the insurer and were prepared to take it as far as necessary. The important part was the $200 in fees and penalties – it was the reinstated medical care. Just because we obtained recoveries for the clients below doesn’t necessarily mean we can do the same in every case or necessarily mean we can do the same for you. But we will sure try.
