November ’21 – Last Month’s Results: Warnken, LLC Recovered $1,394,552.84 for 46 Injured Clients

Warnken, LLC had another million dollar month in recoveries for our clients. Forty-six cases reached a conclusion. Of the 46 conclusions, four cases resulted in six-figure recoveries.

Just because we got the results we got in the cases below does not mean we can do the same for you.  Unfortunately, every case is different, and there’s no magic playbook to achieve specific results.  It simply doesn’t work that way. Things would be easier for you and us if it did work that way.  Every case is unique, presenting opportunities and challenges.  Workers’ comp cases, for example, are all over the map.  In certain circumstances, the case is less about the injury than about how that particular injury impacts your ability to work at the same job or even a new job.

The injuries, the lost wages, the medicals are a mere start to the case.  We work through it all.

Our past successes don’t guarantee success in your case.  We do not promise specific results or specific numbers, and we don’t think any honest personal injury lawyer should.  However, we promise our best efforts.  Please see last month’s results below.
