Warnken, LLC had a slow month by Warnken, LLC standards, recovering slightly less than three quarters of a million dollars for our injured clients.

Obviously, we were significantly slower than September, our record month, with recoveries of more than $11 million.

After post-surgical care, the worker returned to work in the same position with the same employer.

Injured worker has permanent hearing loss, vertigo, and tinnitus and a result of the ear injury. Worker returned to work for the employer, but soon found alternate employment.
