September 2018 Case Results from Workers’ Compensation and Other Personal Injury Cases

Below are the results from Warnken, LLC workers’ compensation and personal injury cases that concluded – either for now or permanently – last month.  No two cases are exactly the same and just because we got a great result in one particular case doesn’t mean that all cases will produce the same.  For example, if we’re asked how much is a SLAP tear worth in workers’ compensation, we’re not going to say $310,000 even though you will see that result below.  That particular case had a confluence of factors that produced that result.  All you can do is hire the best personal injury lawyer that you can, let the lawyer do their job, and expect a good result.
